1) Pricing
- All prices are mentioned clearly before the start of the project/service.
- Any extra work or feature request outside the agreed scope will be charged separately.
2) Payment Methods
- We accept online payments via UPI, Bank Transfer, or trusted payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay).
- Payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless agreed otherwise.
3) Advance & Milestone Payments
- A minimum advance (booking amount) is required to start work.
- For larger projects, milestone-based payments may be set, and work will continue after each milestone payment is cleared.
4) Refunds & Cancellations
- Advance payments are non-refundable once the project has started.
- If the client cancels before work starts, only partial refund may be given after deducting admin charges.
- No refund is possible for completed or delivered work.
5) Delayed Payments
- Payments must be cleared on time as per the agreed schedule.
- Delayed payments may result in project delays or suspension until dues are cleared.
6) Taxes
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (if any). Taxes will be added to the invoice as per government rules.
7) Invoices
Invoices will be shared via email or WhatsApp for every payment made. Please keep records for your reference.
8) Disputes
