1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing freelancingwithlokesh.com or hiring Lokesh for freelance website design, WordPress development, SEO, or related digital services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, you are prohibited from using this website or engaging services.

2. Scope of Web Design Services

Lokesh provides bespoke web design, front-end and back-end development, e-commerce integration, and search engine optimization services as agreed in writing via formal proposal, email, or WhatsApp contract.

• Deliverables and milestone schedules are outlined prior to project kickoff.
• Any features, pages, or integrations not specified in the written agreement are considered out of scope and quoted separately.

3. Payment Milestones & Schedules

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, project payments follow standard professional milestones:

• Deposit (Advance): A 50% upfront deposit is required to reserve the development schedule and commence wireframing/design.
• Final Balance: The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion and staging review, prior to live domain handover or credential transfer.
• All payments must be remitted via verified bank transfer, UPI, or designated payment gateway.

4. Revisions & Approvals

Every website project includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions during the active staging phase. Revisions must align with the initial scope. Radical architectural redesigns or scope additions requested after milestone sign-off will be billed at standard hourly rates.

5. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon receipt of 100% full payment, all intellectual property rights to the custom design, text, graphics, and source code created specifically for the client transfer entirely to the client. Lokesh retains the right to display the completed work in his portfolio and marketing materials.

6. Third-Party Licenses & Hosting

The client is responsible for acquiring and maintaining their domain name, web hosting account, and any premium third-party plugins, APIs, or stock asset licenses unless explicitly included in the project proposal.
